Return Policy

We hope you love your purchase.  If not, we will accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions.
The following terms are applicable for any products that you purchased with us.
 
I gladly accept exchanges
Contact me within 5 days of delivery.  Buyer is responsible for return shipping fees.  Ship items back within 10 days of delivery.  Exchanges can only be made once per order. 

Defective Returns & Exchanges

If your merchandise is defective, please take a picture of the damaged item and send to hello@journeysattic.com Please include order number in the email.

If you receive the wrong order, please contact us ASAP

We guarantee all products against manufacturers' defects within 30 days of purchase.
We reserve the right to determine whether merchandise is defective and to replace or refund defective merchandise if necessary. We will not accept returns or exchanges on merchandise not in its original packaging.
Prepaid return label will be provided for defective item returns or exchanges.

Non-Defective Returns
Non-defective returns will be accepted for store credit only.  Buyer is responsible for return shipping. 
I don't accept cancellations
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.  Please double check your order before processing.
 

The following items can't be returned or exchanged Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs on non-defective returns/exchanges. Item cannot be used, worn, or washed.  If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.  We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion. 
Only regular priced goods may be refunded.  Unfortunately, goods on sale cannot be refunded.  

Returning Goods
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us.

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment.  Therefor, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service.  

Refunds will be issued no later than 7 days from the day on which we receive the returned items.  We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order.  You will not incur any fees for such refund.  Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
